However, you can continue to make a free call to the same number over and over again. It took me several days to totally get Viber integrated, but now I can call, text, and video for free internationally! I’m in Texas on a mini iPad. Free calls you make with Voice must be to numbers in the United States or Canada, and they're limited to three hours.
